The villa

Villa Peppina is located in Orihi, a quiet Istrian village near Barban. The old listing described the house as a private villa with outdoor pool, garden, terrace, barbecue, private parking, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.
The renewed version is being prepared with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it especially practical for larger families, several couples, or friends travelling together who want privacy without losing the feeling of one shared home.
